WHAT WILL I LEARN?
This course takes students through somatic asana, pranayama (breathing) for autonomic nervous system regulation, meditation and the central nervous system, introduction to yogic philosophy and developing a personal sadhana (practice). You will learn how to use and integrate Yogic philosophy, techniques and psychology to better understand yourself, your relationships and your place in the world. Through group practice, discussion, discourse, and private sessions we will explore what it means to have a sadhana.

This 48 hour course includes:

Foundations of Hatha Yoga: Somatic Asana, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, meditation.

4 Private sessions

Mentorship and guidance to develop a personalized daily practice and maintain consistent progress.

Exposition of the Yogic Paths. (Hatha, Raja, Jnana, Karma, Bhakti, Laya, Nada, Kundalini, & Mantra Yoga)

Guidance on how to choose or create a personal Integrated yogic path

Overview the nervous system and how to use yoga as a tool for personal healing.
