2021 Pranayama development course

(8 Weeks) 

Pranayama is often known as breathing techniques but truly translates to the expansion of vital energy. This course will teach you both beginner and advanced techniques on how to use your breath and breath suspension to create more balance in your mind, body and life.

 

What you’ll learn:

 

Lectures on Pranayama, prana, nadis, nervous system, self regulation and how to structure pranayama in your own personal practice.

 

Preliminary and preparatory Pranayama techniques

 

Introduction to classical Pranayama techniques

  • Nadi shodhana (Surya Bheda/Chandra Bheda)

  • Bhramari

  • Bhastrika

  • Kapalabhati

  • Ujjayi

  • Shitali

  • Sitkari

  • Moorcha
